Pricing Manager Job Description

As a Pricing Manager at Adecco, you will be responsible for leading the development of consumer pricing strategies to drive profitability and meet business goals. This role offers significant exposure across senior leadership, allowing you to shape the future of pricing across a portfolio of policies worth over £300m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive profitability and meet business goals.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and actuarial modelling to support pricing strategies.
  • Manage a team of analysts, providing insights and forecasts for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA pricing regulations and lead responses to regulatory challenges.
  • Oversee and optimise pricing models using tools like Radar and Emblem.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in insurance pricing, ideally within the motor insurance sector.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills, with hands-on experience in Radar and Emblem.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing pricing teams and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
