Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure strict compliance with public sector procurement regulations, including PCR 2015 and OJEU requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand healthcare needs and provide procurement solutions that enhance service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and developing procurement teams, with a strong focus on leadership.
- Extensive experience in public sector procurement, with deep knowledge of PCR 2015, OJEU, and related regulations.
- Broad experience in indirect procurement, with the ability to apply your skills across IT and other essential categories.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
