Job Title: Bid Finance Analyst

At Barclay Meade Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Bid Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our bid team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to help us secure new contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Analysis: You will be responsible for pulling together financial data and analysis to support the bid process for UK MOD and International Military Aircraft contracts.
  • Bid Costing: You will ensure that bid scope is costed in accordance with instructions provided by the UK MOD and International Business Units.
  • Consolidation of Bids: You will consolidate bids and cost data from across Leonardo Helicopters (UK, Italy and other sites) and external partners as necessary.
  • Financial Planning: You will establish and predict the cash contract value, analyse and predict the cash accrual on an annual basis, and provide cost/sales value projection year on year.
  • Risk Management: You will critically review proposals to ensure costs are complete and manage the risk from a financial perspective of the data that is being used to support bid submissions for new contracts.
  • Support to Business Units: You will support the UK and International business units through negotiations as required.
  • Contract Flow Down: You will complete financial analysis for contract flow down between legal entities and departments.
