We are currently recruiting for a full-time Lettings Negotiator to join Niyaa People Ltd in the East Midlands. This role will aim to provide support to our housing association clients.

Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Location: East Midlands

Hours: 35 hours a week

Hourly Rate: £19/hr via umbrella

The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting properties
  • Marketing and letting properties in a timely and efficient manner
  • Carrying out viewings for new possible tenants
  • Liaising with local authority partners
  • Safeguarding customers and family members in accordance with policy
  • Ensuring compliance with data security, protection policies and processes

The ideal Lettings Negotiator will have:

  • Experience letting or managing properties
  • Experience in social housing
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Strong numeracy skills, able to interpret data, calculate rents and payments due
  • A full UK driving licence

We are also interested in seeing CVs from Lettings Assistants, Lettings Officers, and Estate Agents.
