Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in formulating and developing products, particularly in personal care and oral care formulation. This role requires strong influencing skills, the ability to build effective project teams, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development: Collaborate with global partners to formulate and develop products that meet consumer insights and market trends.
  2. Research & Innovation: Develop new product concepts and create compelling demonstrations for innovative solutions.
  3. Technical Support: Provide essential technical support to Marketing, Quality Control, and Packaging departments.
  4. Safety & Validation: Conduct laboratory and clinical tests to ensure product efficacy and safety.
  5. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Junior Development Chemists and interns, guiding them to achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in FMCG, particularly in personal care and oral care formulation.
  • University degree in Sciences or a related relevant qualification.
