Job Title: Associate Director

Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in Nottinghamshire. As a leading town planning consultancy, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead on projects and engage in development management and development plan/policy work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage planning applications of all scales, planning appeals, Local Plan representations, site promotion, Local Plan Examination, and public inquiry work.
  • Develop and maintain excellent stakeholder management skills, with a high degree of client interface and the opportunity to attend networking events.
  • Assist Directors with the day-to-day management of the office and supervise junior members of the planning team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in development management and development plan/policy work.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and develop junior team members.
