Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our cross-functional team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and care home patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop modern, efficient, and secure mobile applications using the Flutter ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify blockers, impediments, and deficiencies in our application, and proactively work to resolve them.
  • Ensure testing and security measures are embedded into CI/CD pipelines, and adopt DevSecOps practices and tools to enable the development of secure, scalable software.
  • Work in an agile team-oriented environment, collaborating with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to achieve product outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Android and iOS devices and app ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the Flutter ecosystem, including app performance optimization and memory management.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the test pyramid.
  • Proven experience in leading or influencing software feature design and delivery.
  • Ability to optimize application performance, memory usage, and overall efficiency.
  • Demonstrable understanding of software design and architecture principles.

  • Expertise in offline-first application development with bidirectional data synchronization.
  • Strong skills in database design and system design.
  • Proficiency in building intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Understanding and application of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
