Ashworth Grange is seeking a Site Operations Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our residents' homes, with a focus on technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping, as well as strong IT skills. They will be responsible for carrying out audits, keeping records up-to-date, and performing tasks such as replacing taps or mixer valves, fitting new extractor fans, and repairing timber on bedroom windows.

This position requires a kind and considerate approach, particularly when communicating with residents or colleagues. The successful candidate will also need to be able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to escalate concerns if necessary.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum
