Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists within the Anglesey Substance Misuse Service for a qualified and experienced professional to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment interventions to individuals who misuse substances.

The successful candidate will work autonomously in community settings, managing a case load and working closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective treatment programmes.

Main Duties:
  • Knowledge and experience of evidence-based substance misuse interventions and treatments
  • Effective communication skills to engage, motivate and maintain service users in contact with services
  • Development and continuous evaluation of treatment programmes tailored to individual needs
  • Collaboration with both alcohol and drug misuse service users
