About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Therapy Assistant/Support Worker to join our team at NeuroSupport Services Ltd. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with acquired brain injuries, promoting their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with brain injuries, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Support individuals to access community resources and participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to the recruitment process, including trial shifts, to ensure the best match for our clients.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a support worker role, preferably in the field of brain injury or mental health.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
