Job Title: Full-Time Receptionist Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly receptionist to join our team at Genting Casinos. As a front-of-house representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests while working on various tasks including guest check-in and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize good IT skills to efficiently manage tasks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Develop a professional telephone manner to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
