We are seeking a passionate and experienced Court of Protection Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. As a key member of our Court of Protection team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Court of Protection matters, supported by a team of experienced professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About the Role
  • Manage a caseload of Court of Protection matters, including preparing and submitting applications, attending court hearings, and providing advice to clients.
  • Work closely with a team of experienced professionals to provide a high level of client service and deliver results.
  • Support the growth and development of the team, including leading paralegal training and assisting the heads of departments.
  • Identify and manage emotionally challenging cases with limited supervision, using your knowledge of Court of Protection processes to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
