This strategic shift presents a new opportunity for a skilled professional to join our engineering team as the Process Development Engineer.
Job Description:The successful candidate will work closely with the engineering manager to lead the productisation of optical products, ensuring seamless integration with our existing manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process development strategies to drive innovation and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience in process development and engineering leadership
