Job Title: Apprentice Registered Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team in Whitwell Worsop. As an established provider of forward-thinking living services for adults with disabilities, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment.

Service Information

Our residential service in Whitwell Worsop provides a 34-bed service with a dedicated activities coordinator. The home has a lounge, dining room, games room, and a large back yard. We maintain good links with local farm placements, offering gardening, cooking, woodworking, and educational courses.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 5 NVQ or be working towards it and be a car driver. Experience in management or deputy positions, completing audits, staff supervision/appraisal, and HR processes such as recruitment, absence management, and rota generation are essential.
