We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities, specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases. Our commitment is delivered by an experienced and highly competent workforce of over 4,500 employees operating from 14 offices in strategic industrial hubs.

The Financial Reporting Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, timely reporting for management and meeting strict deadlines throughout the financial year. The role is primarily responsible for the legal entity and consolidated statutory reporting of Bilfinger's UK Regions entities located in the UK and Denmark.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of complex statutory and consolidated accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Undertake reviews to enhance reporting efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Liaise with auditors, professionals, and internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain strong relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements (UK GAAP, IFRS) and maintain a deep understanding of consolidated accounts and disclosures.
Requirements for the Role
  • An Accounting degree and professional accounting qualification (i.e. CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Current knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Ability to work using own initiative and to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Desire to lead, motivate, and develop a small team of finance staff, who will be key in meeting all objectives
