Job Title: Industrial Coatings Specialist

About the Role:
This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our client's team in Ongar, Essex. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a competitive salary of £14.50 - £18.00 per hour.

About the Job:
The role involves painting trailers, shot blasting surfaces to prepare them for painting, and assisting with general workshop duties. This is a physically demanding role that requires precision and consistency in applying high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply high-quality finishes to trailers.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust, dirt, and previous coatings using shot blasting techniques.
  • Assist with general workshop duties, including some assembly tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in paint spraying, ideally in an industrial or agricultural setting.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including spraying on top and underneath trailers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Comfortable with a variety of tasks and adaptable to the needs of the workshop.
