About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a well-established hospitality company, in Milton Keynes. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a proactive and customer-focused HR service to support the business's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including policy, process, recruitment, and project delivery.
  • Support the HR team in managing formal employee relations processes across the business.
  • Contribute to the review and redesign of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Support managers with various meetings, including long-term sickness, disciplinaries, and note-taking.
  • Previous experience of coaching and influencing managers is essential.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in employee relations, preferably in the hospitality, leisure, or retail sector. You will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a focus on building strong working relationships.
