We are currently seeking a talented Workshop Technician - Fireplace Refinishing to join our dynamic team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a seasoned craft professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of fireplaces through precise patination and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing patination and finishing tasks for fireplace orders based on client guidelines
  • Closely monitoring and managing workload to meet project timelines and deadlines
  • Conducting thorough quality checks on every order to maintain our high standards
  • Collaborating with management to identify areas where skills can be developed or improved

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least several years of experience in a craft-related field, preferably with specialization in marble and stone refinement

Compensation Package:

  • A salary bracket ranging from £40,000-£60,000 annually, based on your level of experience
  • A rewarding bonus scheme that accounts for 5% of your yearly earnings
  • A generous holiday package featuring 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
  • The flexibility to adjust your working hours within our core business hours (07:30-15:30)
