Job Title: Family Wellbeing Practitioner

 

Role Overview:

Coventry City Council's Children's Services Horizon team is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Family Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver an outstanding service to children and their families.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an accurate initial threshold assessment to enable support for a child and their family
  • Provide high-quality advice and guidance to ensure families receive appropriate support
  • Work in a busy, multi-agency environment to provide good quality advice and guidance to families

 

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong belief in providing a high-quality service that ensures the child is at the heart of everything we do
  • Be a good team player who is passionate about identifying appropriate interventions for children and families
  • Be committed to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
