About the Job

The Pediatric Day Treatment Therapist or Counselor will be responsible for leading group therapy sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families to ensure optimal outcomes. A Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and relevant experience are required for this position.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
  • At least one year of experience in a mental/behavioral health setting
  • Group facilitation skills and psychiatric diagnosis and treatment knowledge
  • Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
