We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd in Thatcham, West Berkshire. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of special educational needs and be able to provide high-quality support to students with SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support a class of 4-5 students with varying levels of need
  • Plan and deliver engaging classroom activities tailored to individual pupils' requirements
  • Monitor and record progress both academically and against EHCPs
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants to ensure effective support for pupils

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to link personal interests to the curriculum to keep students engaged and motivated. A Qualified Teacher with a PGCE or equivalent is essential for this role.

**Salary:** £33,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
