We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team at Wilson James. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing our security services across the UK customer base, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and delivering tailored solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage Wilson James staff and coordinate technical support to ensure efficient and effective security service delivery
* Contribute to the operational and strategic development of the Security Contract in line with customer requirements
* Oversee daily operations of all Wilson James services, including technology and staffing, to maintain elevated security levels

**A Typical Day in the Life**
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer engagement, managing expectations, and ensuring compliance with customer protocols. You will also oversee the security team's deliverables, including mail services and front-of-house/welcoming host services. Additionally, you will initiate detailed reports and formal investigations following serious or reportable incidents.
