Job Description

This part-time support worker role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an individual who requires assistance with daily living tasks and supports their desire for independence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to supporting individuals with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Assist with household chores, meal preparation, and cleaning
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities
  • Maintain accurate records of the individual's progress and well-being
Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have a strong commitment to supporting individuals with varying needs
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
