About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HGV Driver/Storekeeper to join our Clinical Logistics Transport Service team based in the Carmarthen Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and secure transport, distribution, and replenishment of NHS Pathology, Blood/Blood Products, Secure and Non-Secure Stationery, Laundry, Mail/Records, and Stock items to primary health care sites across NHS Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock management and control in stores centres
  • Safe and secure transportation of sensitive items
  • Delivery and collection of mail and medical notes
  • Transportation of Blood Products and Pathology samples
  • Replenishment of stock items to primary health care sites
Requirements
  • HGV Cat C license
  • HGV CPC certification
  • Sound geographical knowledge of the area served
  • Ability to deal with customers
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Desirable Skills
  • ADR Awareness
  • Ability to speak Welsh
