The Role: Communications Executive

We are seeking a creative and skilled Communications Executive to join our Employee Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communications strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong internal communications program to keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and policies.
  • Design and implement external communications strategies to promote our Employee Benefits services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our communications strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in communications or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
