Job Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Assistant to join our team at The Lord Nelson. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and working closely with our kitchen teams to provide a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Table Service: Set and clear tables, take orders, and serve food and drinks with a smile.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth service, and work closely with other front-of-house staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our business.

Requirements

Pay Rates

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with rates as follows:

  • 21+ years old: £11.44 per hour
  • 18-20 years old: £11.00 per hour
  • Under 18 years old: £9.00 per hour
