About the Role

We offer a highly competitive salary of £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 6-10 years PQE, possessing strong knowledge of UK and European trade mark law and procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on trade mark prosecution, enforcement, and protection strategies
  • Management and conduct of contentious Registry actions at the UK and EU IPOs, and management of overseas actions
  • Supervision of trade mark paralegals and junior team members
  • Negotiating and drafting co-existence and settlement agreements
  • Brand clearance, protection and maintenance; and the provision of strategic advice regarding the same
