About Our Role

We are seeking a Senior Pension Specialist to join our team at Michael Page (UK). This is a permanent role with hybrid working options, offering a generous pension and flexible working arrangements.

The successful candidate will be based in the West Midlands, with regular commuting to Birmingham required. In exchange for your hard work, you can look forward to a generous annual leave package and a commitment to flexible working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality pension services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive

What We Offer

  • A salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A generous annual leave package, including bank holidays and sick leave

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualifications in a relevant field, such as pensions or finance
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the public sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
