Primary Tutor Job Opportunity

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised academic support to primary school students, tailoring teaching methods to meet their unique needs.
  • Create and implement lesson plans that cater to each student's learning style and pace.
  • Regularly assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance, providing valuable insights for future teaching.
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in primary education.
  • Experience working with primary school students, showcasing ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students in learning, fostering a love for education.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, providing a solid understanding of primary school curriculum and educational best practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
