We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in MSF UK.
Job Title: Project Coordinator
About the RoleThe Project Coordinator will play a key role in planning, managing, and developing projects to ensure high-quality care is provided to those in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing project activities, coordinating medical, logistical, financial, and human resources, and managing project teams in often unstable environments.
The ideal candidate will have significant professional experience in project management, preferably in international and/or healthcare/medical management settings. They will also possess excellent people management and communication skills, as well as strong organization skills and problem-solving abilities.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have a minimum B2 level in French. They will also be willing to work in unstable environments and have a deep understanding of humanitarian principles.
Responsibilities- Implementation of project activities by coordinating optimal use of medical, logistical, financial, and human resources
- Management of project teams, including security management in often unstable environments
- Supporting teams in analysis of medical data, activity indicators, and quality of care
- Ensuring continuity and coherence of health structures, medical-, paramedical-, and psychosocial activities
- Liaising with local communities, authorities, UN agencies, and other NGOs in the project area
- Significant professional experience in project management capacity, international and/or healthcare/medical management preferred
- Proven ability in being responsible for delegated security management essential
- Extensive professional experience outside of home country (experience in remote/low-resource settings an asset)
- Fluency in English and minimum B2 level in French
- Leadership skill and willingness to work in unstable environments
MSF UK offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid annual leave.
