Fire Safety Expert Lead

Brandon James is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Risk Assessor to lead its fire safety team in North London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing projects independently and maintaining a professional diary.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Type 1-4 fire risk assessments on various projects, including residential, commercial, HMOs, and high-rise buildings
- Identify and mitigate potential fire hazards through compartmentation surveys
- Support the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures related to fire safety
- Maintain professional memberships, such as IFE/IFSM, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring high standards of delivery. In return, they can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000, ongoing training and development, and a range of benefits, including a bursary for professional membership fees, 25 days annual leave, and a laptop and mobile phone provided.
