We are currently seeking an CAD Technologist - Lighting and Fire Detection to join our team at The Electronics Group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD for electrical systems, including lighting designs and fire detection systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD for electrical systems
  • Producing drawings for estimating, working designs, and As-Builts based on templates provided
  • Conducting site visits UK-wide to assist with drawing production as necessary
  • Designing lighting systems using Dialux software and undertaking lighting calculations, including 3D modeling

Requirements include proficiency in AutoCAD, a valid driving license, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus benefits.
