We are looking for a Co-ordination and Logistics Specialist to join our team as an Events Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, managing relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with speakers, book venues, and ensure timely payment of invoices and purchase orders.
  • Liaise with members regarding event bookings, create promotional materials, and invoice industry suppliers.
  • Attend events in person, collaborate with speakers, exhibitors, and venue staff, and assist on the exhibition stand.
  • Organize and host webinars and support the Courses team as needed.
Requirements and Skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Outlook and CRM systems.
