About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Recruitment Co-ordinator for an award-winning and successful recruitment team. Our client is a leading privately owned recruitment company with a huge turnover, providing temporary staff for many of the best-known names in industrial organisations within a variety of different industries.

Responsibilities
  1. Completing return to work
    processes efficiently.
  2. Managing productivity levels to meet client demands.
  3. Liaising with Training departments to arrange training & inductions for new employees.
  4. Collating data to prepare Management Information (MI) & Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
  5. Adding workers to internal databases & systems.
  6. Performing general administrative tasks.
  7. Attending client meetings to discuss workforce requirements.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
