Deloitte LLP: Employment Tax Advisory Role

Deloitte LLP is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic Employment Tax Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and build a client portfolio to support business growth
  • Develop and lead bids and proposals for new work
  • Owning the relationship with client senior management
  • Assisting senior members of the team with client work and group management
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of taxation and specialist knowledge to deal with complex tax issues
  • Advising on tax treatment of employee remuneration, off-payroll workers, and HMRC disputes
  • Supporting clients with managing employment taxes risks and compliance obligations
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of current employment taxes legislation
  • Ability to analyse and apply legislation to client scenarios
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Employee management experience
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment
