Fabulatte is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in social media and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative social media content, planning and coordinating content in an aesthetically pleasing way, and managing the day-to-day operations of social media accounts.
You will also be responsible for editing photo and video content for use across socials and the wider marketing team, gathering 'Behind the Scenes' content during shoot days for social channel use, and presenting new platform ideas that align with launches and product specific assets to the wider creative team.
In addition, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing social media PPC campaigns, regular keyword and SEO research, monitoring relevant social trends, online news, emerging opportunities to generate relevant, proactive content, and providing insights, analysis and reporting on marketing activity and KPIs using data-driven results to back your social strategies.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar social media and digitally focused role, ideally coming from an agency background. Experience of working with multiple clients/brands is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging and informative social media content.
- Plan and coordinate content in an engaging and aesthetically pleasing way.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts.
- Edit photo and video content for use across socials and the wider marketing team.
- Gather 'Behind the Scenes' content during shoot days for social channel use.

- Minimum of 5 years proven social media and digital marketing experience.
- Experience working within a digital or marketing agency.
- A creative flair with a vision that fits our brand.
- A knowledge of the brand voice with a talent for creating the perfect blend of witty, humorous but professional copy.
- Experience in content creation in photo or video format.
- Sound knowledge of managing social media PPC.
- Ability to significantly grow online social presence and increase social engagement.
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing PPC strategies and campaigns.
- Able to work to project and time management systems.
- Using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software to edit images and photography to ensure content is specific to channel and consistent is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent grammar and communication skills.
