  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including participating in deep cleaning tasks and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with a strong physical presence and stamina.
