Job Summary
Quality Service Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join their team based in Bilborough. As a key member of the office, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining financial records, and providing exceptional support to the management team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have prior experience in office management, with extensive knowledge of Sage Line 50 accounting software. They will be responsible for recording and maintaining financial transactions, communicating with banks, and preparing quarterly VAT returns. Additionally, they will assist with payroll processing, employee expenses, and general admin duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage Line 50
- Communicate with banks and track account balances
- Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns
- Assist with payroll processing and reconcile PAYE, Pension & Net wages accounts
- Manage employee expenses and maintain office efficiency

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in office management, excellent computer skills, and extensive knowledge of Sage Line 50. You should also be able to demonstrate payroll experience and possess excellent communication skills.

Working Hours
The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break each day. This is a temp-to-perm role.

Salary
The salary for this role is £14.50 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
