Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team at the Hi Cycle workshop in Liverpool. This is a full-time opportunity to lead the repair, maintenance, and development of transformers and electric motors.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our transformer and electric motor services, including design, development, and implementation. This involves working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new designs and technologies for transformers and electric motors
  • Manage the repair and maintenance of existing equipment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, particularly in transformer and electric motor design and repair
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
