Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Assistant to provide support to our clients in the Harlow area. As a Community Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition, and work with the care team to implement any necessary adjustments to their care plan.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with best practices in care and support.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of clients.
  • Basic knowledge of care and support principles, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable).
