Hays Legal is exclusively instructed with an in-house intellectual property and commercial lawyer opportunity. This is an exceptional chance to work within a high-profile organisation on cutting-edge matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, draft, and review a range of legal matters relating to intellectual property and commercial relationships.
  • Provide legal advice and support to ensure effective and timely conclusion of contracts to facilitate relationships with key commercial partners.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on legal matters relating to multi-million institutional-level research programmes.
  • Input to resolve any commercial disputes and potential conflicts of interest arising from the organisation's activities.
  • Advising upon existing and new legislation that will impact upon the organisation's work.
  • Provide advice to internal committees as appropriate.
