We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to our customers across Bournemouth and surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work a 30-hour week, covering a 2-shift basis between 07:00 and 15:00 or 11:00 and 19:00. You will be expected to work one in four Sundays due to operational demand.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. You will also receive overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate. In addition, you will have access to 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. We are looking for someone who is happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather.
