Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Professional to join our team at Hireful, a leading provider of employee benefits. As a Field Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling products like life insurance to existing customers at their workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell life insurance products to existing customers at their workplace
- Build trust and rapport with customers to convert them into sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Collaborate with experienced members of our team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the products and sales techniques
- Participate in a three-week residential training induction program to develop essential sales skills and knowledge
What We Offer:
- A base salary of £26,500 with uncapped OTE, typically an experienced sales person will earn a further £8k in year one and beyond in year two
- A company car, fuel card, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- A comprehensive three-week residential training induction program

Requirements:
- Face-to-face sales experience, B2C sales experience, field sales experience, or the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with customers
- Ability to travel and stay overnight occasionally, with reimbursement for meals and accommodation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
