**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial reporting framework, ensuring seamless integration with our management accounting systems and audit processes.
  • Lead the preparation of high-quality statutory accounts, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the incorporation of newly acquired businesses into our financial reporting structures, ensuring alignment with our accounting policies and standards.
  • Manage the company secretarial filings for the Group, ensuring compliance with all local regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller and Head of FP&A to ensure all reporting is in accordance with our accounting policies and Group standards.
  • Ensure the statutory reporting requirements are accurately reflected in our management accounts, including deferred tax provisions, valuation charges, and preference share interest.
  • Manage the retained earnings for the Group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

**Requirements**

  • A qualified accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Exceptional technical accounting skills, with international accounting and global audit experience highly desirable.
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop good relationships across the business and lead others to achieve shared goals.
