Product Merchandising Director

We are seeking a Product Merchandising Director to lead our Global Product Merchandising team and drive the success of our athleisure collection. This role will be responsible for managing our range planning, working closely with our Global Head of Merchandising to ensure our shoe ranges are designed, developed, and delivered to the agreed timelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our target consumer needs and market trends, with a creative and commercial eye. They will be able to spot market trends, continually improving our range, and have a strong affinity to womenswear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage range planning for our athleisure collection
  • Work closely with our Global Head of Merchandising to ensure quality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our range
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer needs

Requirements:

  • Experience in a branded footwear or athleisure environment
  • Strong understanding of consumer needs and market trends
  • Ability to spot market trends and improve our range
