We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team at Senitor Associates Limited.
About the Role:
- As an Enterprise Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will deliver comprehensive third-line support services, including patching, monitoring, and maintenance of customer IT infrastructure.
- You will work with various technologies, including the Microsoft stack, VMware, firewall vendors, storage vendors, backup vendors, and networking equipment.
- Key responsibilities include providing third-line support to customers, troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues, and collaborating with team members and customers.
- You will participate in shift-rotas during core business hours, M-F 0800 - 1800, and be part of an on-call rotation for out-of-hours support.
- Your role will involve utilizing ITSM tools to log, track, and manage customer tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
- As an Enterprise Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will also contribute to safeguarding data and information security by performing tasks accordingly.
- Finally, you will maintain a high level of professionalism, adhere to asset and access management policies and procedures, and always be willing to carry out reasonable requests.
