Apprentice Bar Attendant

Estabulo Restaurant is hiring a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in Darlington. As a key member of our bar service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing and serving drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience
- Managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and adhering to health and safety regulations
- Stocking and maintaining a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and other accessories
- Preparing and serving appetisers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations, including those related to age verification and responsible serving practices
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Practical bartending skills, including mixing cocktails and operating beer taps
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple requests at the same time
- Attention to detail and ability to fulfill orders correctly
- Ability to relate with customers and make them feel comfortable
- Mixology or hospitality qualifications
