Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Delivery Driver to join our Swindon-based team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region, using our well-equipped vans and state-of-the-art GPS technology. Your excellent communication skills and professional demeanor will ensure seamless interactions with customers, colleagues, and warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Multi-drop deliveries of parcels varying in size and weight (up to 23kg max)
  • Loading your van with daily parcels and navigating to designated delivery locations using GPS technology
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times, adhering to strict standards and guidelines
  • Maintaining a safety-first approach, adhering to PPE standards, and proactively resolving any issues on the road

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A valid UK/EU manual driving licence held for at least 1 year
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your licence, without DR, DG, IN, or TT endorsement codes
  • The ability to commute to SN25 (Swindon) daily to collect your assigned van
