We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our 6-bed service in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care and the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional care.

Job Description

The Registered Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated staff, ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care and support. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing person-centred care plans that promote positive outcomes
  • Managing the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
  • Serving as the key point of contact for staff, residents, families, and external professionals

The ideal candidate will have a QCF level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care, previous experience as a deputy or service manager, and excellent communication and leadership skills. A driver's license is also essential due to the nature of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
