Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Lookers Mercedes Benz of Worcester. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough vehicle health checks using the latest technology to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Perform vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Carry out any additional repairs once authorized by the customer, ensuring all work is properly documented and warranty repairs are completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Take customers' vehicles out on road tests to ensure all faults are rectified and the vehicle is safe to drive.
- Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
- Completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is required.
- Prior experience working within a workshop environment is essential.
- Self-motivation, ambition, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for this role.
